Vichetr Uon brings over two decades of distinguished experience architecting transformative projects across Cambodia's property, investment, and infrastructure sectors. A recognised leader, he expertly bridges local insight with international expertise, having facilitated over $500M in strategic land transactions.

He is a former university professor specialising in Quantitative Analysis (SPSS) and Remote Data Sensing / GIS Spatial Modeling, and has held formal consulting engagements with the World Bank, UNDP, UNICEF, CARE, and Action Against Hunger.

• Adaeng Land: raw soft-title-to-LMAP hard-title upgrades and long-term Land Holding Company structures for foreign clients
• Two major water treatment plants (US$93M and US$300M) with international partners
• 500MW biomass energy greenfield project, with a 10% profit pledge to the Sao Sary Foundation

Vichetr Uon was recognised as an Asia Society Asia 21 Young Leader in 2010 and has been profiled by media outlets including the BBC, Mediacorp, and InspireFlix. He is the founder of the Sao Sary Foundation (2006–present), which has positively impacted over 88,000 children through education and health programmes across Cambodia.

His leadership is guided by a philosophy of "building systems that endure," grounded in transparency, accountability, and inclusive growth.
